I'M CURIOUS AS TO WHY ALL MEMBERS IN MY CHAT ROOM APPEAR IN DIFFERENT COLORS, SOME OF WHICH ARE HARD TO SEE (LIGHT GREEN). IS THERE ANYWAY TO CHANGE THIS?

Im not curious at all I just don't like it, I have received complaints that people cannot see names because of color variations. A normal list in one color is fine, if it works, don't fix it... 

Also the only reason I liked the NING chatroom was because it displayed who is online - why doesn't Skysa's do this as well??? 

The colors are in place to make it easier to follow the coverstation. The Colors match who is chating with whos in the list. We are debating on removing this feature of the Chat room based on some of the negitive feedback on that feature of the room.

As for the chat room not lising everyone online, it is not designed that way. The Chat room works like a tradditional Chat Room. WHen people click to launch the Page they join, when they close it, they leave. Why would you want people in the chat that is not in the coverstation?

You can use the Ning Chat Bar with the Skysa bar if you would like to offer both. If the Ning Chat is enabled on your website our bar will display on top of it.

Firstly there's no need to debate, the colored names don't work because you cannot see many of the lighter colors. It was a good idea in theory but in practice it didn't work, accept brothers, and move on... 

Secondly, it seems you have made up your minds on the issue of all online members showing up in the chat, it sounds like "its a big 'NO' - we didn't design it that way, so tough"  

Please don't go like NING - they are brutal in their arrogance and unwillingness to even discuss it if they don't feel it has merit - If you want success then think outside the "traditional Chat Room Box" ...
