In an effort to provide you with the most powerful and easiest to use tools, we have changed the default way operators are handled in the Live Support Chat app. Now, the default option when adding an operator in the Live Support Chat app is "Setup New Operator". You can now setup your own Operator IDs, Display Names and Operator Avatars without needing member accounts setup on your site for the operators. For these new type of custom operators you simply provide them with your Operator Login URL, where they can login with their Operator ID and Security Code.
To setup your new operators, simply click on your Live Support Chat app in your Bar Management area and click the Add Operator button in the Manage Operators section of the page.
